Central Park and the Fitness Centre bring you Wellness Week from 16 to 20 October to promote health and wellbeing in the workplace. Join us for a healthy and motivating week, with activities including on following days:

Tuesday 17 October 
FREE Health Assessments - weight, height, BMI (body mass index), skin folds, body fat percentage, blood pressure, resting HR and cardiovascular test/bike test.

Rowing Challenge - to celebrate and raise money for Pink Ribbon Day, the Fitness Centre’s Manager, Ray, will be completing a rowing marathon of 42,000m. Please get behind him and donate as he tackles the marathon row,  with all donations going towards Pink Ribbon Foundation.

Want to take part in the challenge? We are calling all tenants to join in the fun and challenge each other for the best time! The CP trainers will be in the lobby from 10am-3pm with a running leader board/best times for each division. There will be a male and female winner with prizes to be won!

Rower: 200m, 500m, 1,000m and 5,000m
Air Bike: 20 cal, 50 cal &100 cal
Push-ups: 2 minute challenge
