Central Park offers its tenants an unrivalled building security system that ensures business can be conducted with complete confidence and peace of mind.
Central Park has a Honeywell EBI access control that provides full security control via proximity card operation. The system controls and records all access within Central Park, 24 hours per day. The Building’s electronic security is complimented by 24-hour on-site security guards, CCTV monitoring, and a perimeter and lift intercom system.
At any given time, security can be contacted via the building intercom system or the goods lift intercom or by phoning on (08) 9481 8000 and requesting security. Building intercoms are located in all elevators, building stairwells, car park and ground floor access doors. The goods lift intercom is located adjacent to the goods lift and security can be contacted by pressing code 164.
Central Park has 140 video cameras located throughout building, park and car park to ensure extensive coverage of common areas and lift lobbies. A bank of digital video recorders continually record all cameras.
The buildings security system is also expandable to allow for additional tenancy access control and duress systems. After hours access to the building, its floors and the buildings executive car parks is only available via security card. .
