Central Park is complete with a Centralised Mail Facility which is run by Toll Fast Group and provides a number of services.
All couriers deliver parcels for tenants at Central Park to the Central Mail Facility in Basement B1. Likewise, items couriered from tenants of the building are brought down to the mail room by Toll Group and collected from this area. Courier deliveries are made to the tenant within 10 minutes of arriving at Central Park.
Heavy deliveries (over 16kg) must be delivered to the Loading Dock. The courier will then deliver them to the tenant using the security manned goods lift
This ensures minimal access to floors by unauthorised personnel and facilitates security maintenance.
High security deliveries requiring delivery person to person can be facilitated via prior arrangement, whereby the courier is escorted through the building to the the receiver.
Delivery of tenant mail is provided between 7.15am and 7.30am. Tenants have the option to have their external mail collected each day at approximately 5.20pm and taken to Australia Post for delivery. A fee is payable to Toll Fast for this service.
Mail to be collected and delivered to other tenants within the building is free of charge.
