To provide a premium standard of vertical transportation, Central Park is equipped with 22 Otis lifts including some of the fastest lifts in Australia with the Sky Rise lifts travelling at 8 metres per second. The lifts installed serve the following levels;

All lifts incorporate proximity card readers, to facilitate access control. Full floor tenants can dictate the hours the lifts allows un-restricted access to their floors or restrict access at all times to authorised card holders only.
The goods lift provides access to couriers, tradesmen and the transportation of materials which are prevented from using the passenger lifts, and must be booked in advance by calling the Loading Dock on 9480 0703.
A lift technician is stationed in the building during the working day to maintain the lifts to a high standard and attend promptly to any lift stoppages. Lift monitoring software and terminals allow the operation and performance of the system to be continually reviewed.
