Heart of the CBD

Central Park is located within the very heart of the Central Business District of Perth and occupies a site with two extensive frontages to St Georges Terrace - Perths premier business address and Hay Street - Perths premier shopping prectinct. Located on the northern side of St Georges Terrace, Central Park is within 100 metres of the intersection of St Georges Terrace and William Street and the Hay St Mall. This intersection places us at the centre of Perth's Central Business District and shopping precinct.

St Georges Terrace is Perths pre-eminent address and the hub of Perth business activity. Prominent buildings in the vicinity of Central Park include Enex 100, the Commonwealth Bank Building, 111 St Georges Terrace, the BankWest Tower and the Westpac Building.

Vehicle Access

Vehicle access is provided to the tenant and public car park via the main entry on St Georges Terrace. There are also a number of other public car parks within close proximity. Both the Central Train Station and Busport are within a short walking distance.

Trains

Two train stations are within easy walking distance, the Esplanade Train Station which is approximately 400 metres to the south of Central Park towards the Swan River and the Perth Train Station which is approximately 200 metres to the north of Central Park along William Street.
