The building is supplied by two high voltage (11 kV) supply authority feeders from two different utility substations, either of which can be selected to supply the building in the event of utility failure. A total of 11 transformers, one of which is spare, reduce the voltage to 230/415 for tenant and house use. The existing supply and transformer capacity provides significant expansion capabilities for the future. Each floor is equipped with a main distribution switchboard from which up to six individual tenancies can be supplied and incorporate space for individual metering of tenant consumption.
