Conference Centre

Central Park leads the way in Western Australia in corporate conferencing facilities with its user-friendly state-of-the-art audiovisual and conferencing equipment.

All technical equipment in the Conference Centre is controlled via a touch screen system giving the highest professional quality data presentations and making video presentations simple and functional.

The Theatrette and Video Conference Room can be fully integrated to accommodate tenants' requirements.

The Conference Centre is a Tenant Only facility.  Bookings for these facilities can be done online through the Central Park Website 24 hours a day.  Tenants are responsible for accuracy of booking requirements. 
All tenants must have a conference centre orientation and read attached information prior to booking.

Theatrette

130 seat theatrette with armrest seats that convert to small desktops. The facility has a complete range of video and audio inputs that are controlled by a touch panel.

  • No SMTP is required - just make sure your computer is set to receive IP automatically

Meeting Room 2

An 10-seat meeting/boardroom, equipped with:

  • 40" LCD flat screen monitor
  • PC input
  • Dedicated phone line
  • No IP facility available (dial up via the internet)
  • SoundStation2W - Conference Phone (subject to availability)
  • No SMTP is required - just make sure your computer is set to receive IP automatically



Seminar Room

The room is permanently set up in a rectangular shape seating 26 people. It can accommodate up to 40 people theatre style, and with worktables in place, 30 people can be seated comfortably. Extra chairs are stored in the locked cupboards within the room.

Measurements of the room are: 10 metres x 5.5 metres

Conference Room

The room is equipped to seat 20 people in a boardroom style arrangement.

Lobby Area

This is an open plan corporate welcoming area for all visitors to the Conference Centre.

A plasma screen in the lobby is directly linked to the booking system.  This screen informs visitors of activities being held at the Conference Centre and directs participants to the relevant room.

Equipped with a large kitchen nearby, containing a fridge, purified water dispenser, oven, hotplates, microwave and dishwasher, as well as a large servery ideal for catering in the lobby, this area is perfectly suited for small exhibitions, tea/coffee/meal breaks, cocktail parties or a combination of functions.
