Building Access

Pedestrian access into Central Park is available from St George's Terrace, Hay St and William St. All main entrance doors are open Mon-Fri from 7.00am to 6.00pm (exluding public holidays).

Vehicle access is from St Georges Terrace to both the public and tenant car parks.
Vehicles exit on to William Street

Two train stations are within easy walking distance; the Esplanade Train Station is approximately 400 metres to the south of Central Park towards the Swan River.  Perth Central Train Station is approximately 200 metres north of Central Park along William Street.

Public Access Times

The general public has access to the Central Park Tower between the hours of 7:00am and 6:00pm, Mon-Fri. Individual tenancy areas are secured in accordance with each tenant's requirements.

The Proximity Card

A uniquely coded Proximity card is issued to each tenant allowing access to a secure area and if authorised - after hours access. If the card is not valid for any reason, either time of day or access area, doors will remain locked and you will need to contact your office manager or security after hours on 9480 0702
Proximity cards are also used to restrict or enable acess to floors as per tenant requirements.

After Hours Access

Proximity cards permit limited access according to authority class, after normal working hours.

Proximity card readers are located adjacent to all access doors, the inside left panel of all tower lifts, and the right panel of all car park lifts.

Please note that Security Guards will not grant access to a staff member after hours unless the staff member holds a valid authorised Proximity card or the nominated tenant contact has authorised access.

Lost Cards or Replacement Cards

If you lose your access card, it is faulty, or it requires reprogramming, please contact the Security Manager immediately on (08) 9481 8000. New cards are available at a cost and lost cards will be cancelled from the system.

Should any staff member no longer require access to Central Park, please advise security so those cards can be cancelled to prevent unauthorised access. All cancelled cards are to be returned when not required. The Security Manager will contact each tenant every three months to update the schedule of all cardholders.

Keys

All doors in the complex are keyed to a high security restricted profile master key system. All external and internal doors installed by tenants are also required to be keyed to this system. Extra keys may be ordered through the security manager and normally take three working days to deliver.
